At M.I Montage, quality isn’t just something we talk about. It’s an integral part of our daily work and a prerequisite for delivering what our customers expect.
Our customers work in industries where documentation, quality, and safety are crucial, so we deliver solutions that are well-thought-out and documented every step of the way.
Whether the task is large or small, quality is always our highest priority. We work with different types of projects, and each time we adapt the processes to precisely what the customer needs the solution for.
Our welding work is performed by skilled specialists with highly specialized welding technical knowledge, and with an International Welding Technologist (IWT) in-house, we can offer quality-stamped metalwork that meets even the strictest requirements.
All our employees work according to recognized procedures with high technical documentation. We ensure full traceability throughout the process – from material certificates to final documentation.
An important part of our quality control is Non-Destructive Testing (NDT). Our own NDT specialist II performs Penetrant Test (PT), Magnetic Particle Test (MT), and Visual Test (VT), which are used to identify even the smallest defects in welds.
All welds are documented in a final report that matches the customer’s specifications and quality requirements:

We use systems that register and control everything from material certificates to equipment servicing. We set requirements for ourselves – and for the suppliers we work with.

We take the safety of both our employees and customers seriously. At M.I. Montage, we have an active safety organization and close collaboration with the Danish Working Environment Authority. We conduct regular safety inspections, involve employees in preventive work, and hold regular safety meetings.
