Experience, Professionalism, and Flexibility in the CNC Department

Martin has been in the industry since 1996 and knows what it takes to deliver high quality. He works as an industrial technician and is a permanent member of the CNC team.

In his daily work, Martin is involved in turning and milling materials such as titanium, duplex, stainless steel, and aluminum. Each task is different and requires professionalism, flexibility, and innovative thinking.

“We get many special assignments, and that’s when you really have to use your head. How do we solve this in the best way?”

Before he starts, Martin always takes the time to analyze the complexity of the task and make a plan, where his many years of experience ensure a good and thorough result.

“I always take a moment to study the drawing and get an overview. There’s no definitive answer, so I make a plan, and luckily it usually holds up.”

As part of a team of CNC specialists, Martin helps manufacture products that match customers’ needs in sectors such as energy, food, and infrastructure.

“We are good at engaging in dialogue with the customer if they have a problem. We like to be challenged by tasks that require expertise and professional understanding. We are experienced and flexible, and it is in our DNA to find a solution.”

When Martin started in 2020, the CNC area was still under development, and he has therefore been involved in shaping the machine park.

“It means a lot that you have modern facilities, plenty of space, and can deliver quality. You thrive in it and work well, and we have a strong collaboration in the CNC department.”

For Martin, it’s about delivering quality and having a good time while doing it.

Mathias Turns Solutions from Idea to Reality

Mathias is both skilled and intelligent. With a background as a metalworker and an education as a production technologist specializing in machine design and calculation, there is almost no more natural match than a project manager with us.

Already during his studies, he got his foot in the door as a student assistant. This led to an internship, a degree project, and in the summer of 2022, he was offered a permanent position, which he thankfully accepted.

This has given him a unique insight into the company and a steep but rewarding learning curve.

Today, he has extensive customer contact and an important role in drawing and designing solutions that later become reality in the workshop. He creates both 3D designs and 2D drawings and follows the projects all the way from idea to finished product.

That’s exactly what Mathias likes about his working day. Being involved in the whole process and wearing many different hats during the day.

“” You have to be adaptable and be able to work with things that are a little outside your comfort zone. No two jobs are ever the same.“”

In the office, Mathias sits in a team of competent project managers and engineers, and although he has his own areas of responsibility and independent work, there is a good dynamic between the colleagues.

“” We get along really well. We have different skills and experiences, and that creates a really good interaction. I learn from those who have been in the profession longer, and they also ask me for advice when it comes to drawings and IT, so it goes both ways.

For Mathias, collaboration and sparring are crucial for him and his colleagues to deliver a product to the customer that they are proud of.

“” When we draw on each other’s knowledge and help each other, we arrive at the best result.“”

Mathias former løsninger fra idé til virkelighed

Med en baggrund som klejnsmed og en uddannelse som produktionsteknolog med speciale i maskindesign og beregning, findes der næsten ikke et mere naturligt match end projektleder hos os.

Allerede under studiet fik han foden indenfor som studiemedhjælper. Det blev til praktik, et eksamensprojekt og i sommeren 2022 fik han tilbudt en fastansættelse, som han heldigvis takkede ja til.

Det har givet ham et unikt indblik i virksomheden, og en stejl, men givende læringskurve.

’’Fagligt er det bare et rigtig godt match. Man har mange roller som projektleder, og man får lov til at komme hele møllen igennem.’’

I dag står han med stor kundekontakt og en vigtig rolle i at tegne og designe løsninger, der senere bliver til virkelighed i værkstedet. Han laver både 3D-design og 2D-tegninger og følger projekterne hele vejen fra idé til færdigt produkt.

Det er netop det, Mathias kan lide ved sin arbejdsdag. At være med i hele processen og have mange forskellige hatte på i løbet af dagen.

’’Du skal være omstillingsparat, og kunne arbejde med ting, der er lidt uden for din komfortzone. Der er virkelig ikke to jobs, der er ens.’’

På kontoret sidder Mathias i et team af kompetente projektledere og ingeniører, og selvom han har egne ansvarsområder og selvstændigt arbejde, er der en god dynamik mellem kollegaerne.

’’Vi har det rigtig godt sammen. Vi har forskellige kompetencer og erfaringer, og det giver et rigtig godt samspil. Jeg lærer af dem, der har været i faget længere, og de spørger også mig til råds, når det handler om tegninger og IT, så det går begge veje.

For Mathias er samarbejdet og sparring afgørende for, at han og kollegaerne afleverer et produkt til kunden, som de er stolte af.

Erfaring, faglighed og fleksibilitet i CNC-afdelingen

Martin har været i faget siden 1996 og ved, hvad det kræver at levere høj kvalitet. Han arbejder som industritekniker og er en fast del af CNC-teamet.

Til daglig beskæftiger Martin sig med drejning og fræsning af materialer som titanium, duplex, rustfrit stål og aluminium. Hver opgave er forskellig og kræver både faglighed, fleksibilitet og nytænkning.

“Vi får mange specialopgaver, og der skal man virkelig bruge øverste etage. Hvordan løser vi det her bedst?”

Inden han går i gang, tager Martin sig altid tid til at analysere opgavens kompleksitet og lægge en plan, hvor hans mange års erfaring sikrer et godt og gennemarbejdet resultat.

“Jeg tager altid et øjeblik til at studere tegningen og danne mig et overblik. Der er jo ikke noget facit, så jeg lægger en plan, og heldigvis holder den som regel stik.”

I et team af CNC-specialister er Martin med til at fremstille produkter, der matcher kundernes behov i blandt andet energi-, fødevare- og infrastruktursektoren.

“Vi er gode til at gå i dialog med kunden, hvis de har et problem. Vi kan godt lide at blive udfordret af opgaver, der kræver ekspertise og faglig forståelse. Vi er erfarne og fleksible, og det ligger i vores DNA at finde en løsning.”

Da Martin startede i 2020, var CNC-området stadig under udvikling, og han har derfor været med til at forme maskinparken.

“Det betyder meget, at man har moderne faciliteter, god plads og kan levere kvalitet. Man trives i det og arbejder godt, og så har vi et stærkt samarbejde i CNC-afdelingen.”

For Martin handler det om at levere kvalitet og have det godt imens.
